Located just 26 miles north of Austin, Georgetown is known for its charming downtown and parks. Georgetown offers most all of the conveniences of a big city like Austin but has lower prices and less traffic. Brides who attended Georgetown's Bridal Showcase last year liked that it was as overwhelming as the Austin bridal shows and that it's free. This year, Georgetown's Bridal Showcase has moved to a larger venue, added more vendors, and includes a fashion show.
